Turn Your Ideas into Visibility
Media strategy for business owners ready for the spotlight
Do you have a powerful story, innovative idea or important message to share with the world, but can’t figure out how to tell it or where it belongs? Have you always wanted to get some of your opinions out there in national publications but don’t know the first thing about where to start? Have you thought, “I should be posting more on LinkedIn,” and even though you have a million and one ideas can never seem to get them on the page?
Whether you want to get featured in the media or build your own platform (or both), visibility will grow your brand, build trust, and attract new opportunities.
Let’s turn the ideas swirling in your head and turn them into stories that land — with the right people and in the right places.
This is for:
Business owners who want to grow brand awareness and media visibility
Experts who are ready to be seen as a thought leader
Solopreneurs or creatives whose message or point of view is a key part of their business
What we’ll do together
In this 1:1 program, we’ll map out your content strategy in way that supports your business, shape your ideas into stories that resonate with your audience, and get you confidently sharing your message across platforms — from national media, podcasts, to your own blog or newsletter.
Then, we’ll implement. We’ll actually get those stories written, those pitches sent to media publications, we’ll strategize on which publications will work (here’s where my journalism training comes in). By the end of our work together, you’ll have a full content and media strategy up and running that’s fully and beautifully shaped to your business, resonates with your audience, and brings in leads
Each business is different, but here are some of the things we’ll focus on:
Hands-on support for getting the writing done. You share your ideas over video and I write them (as a ghostwriter) so all you have to do is edit.
A compelling media bio and personal brand narrative that actually captures your message and what you do, and that you’re proud to share
Turning your million ideas into a content strategy, so you know exactly what you should be writing and sharing and when
Pitches for stories tailored to your expertise and the right media outlets
A personalized strategy for getting your ideas in front of the right people — whether through media, content creation, or both
A content plan that helps you best use all your ideas in a way that resonates with your audience
Hands-on guidance or done-for-you publicity outreach (depending on your needs)
Every business is different and I tailor each package to your specific goals. Packages range from 1 - 6 months.

“I had a great experience working with Leeron on media pitches! She created a customized plan, provided detailed pre-work and homework, and within two weeks, I went from zero to sending out several pitches. I appreciate how she 'taught me to fish' with tips on finding publications, crafting angles, and structuring stories.
I feel well equipped now to continue on my own! I appreciate how Leeron 'taught me to fish' with tips on finding publications, crafting angles, and structuring stories. I feel well equipped now to continue on my own!”

If you are considering working with Leeron, stop thinking and do it! I knew how to write when I met Leeron (a book and years of blogging behind me), but I didn't know that publicity writing has nuances that only a PR strategist knows, from bio to pitch and everything in between. Before working with Leeron, I submitted 15 pitches and heard back from zero. Once I followed Leeron's direction, I received replies on my first and second pitches—amazing! I only wish I had worked with her sooner.

About me:
I’m Leeron and I’ve worked as a writer and content strategist for the past 10 years. I started my career as a journalist where I published stories in outlets like Salon, Quartz, Slate, the Village Voice, the Observer, Popular Science, Business Insider, Popular Mechanics, Apartment Therapy and many more.
Then I pivoted to working as a content strategist and writer for brands like UNICEFUSA, NOCD (a tele-health startup that treats OCD), WeWork and Lev.co. These experiences all taught me to identify the story that will resonate with an audience, whether it’s millions of readers for a major news outlet, or a much more specific ideal client.
Now I work with business owners and entrepreneurs to help them clarify their message, and tell their story in a way that resonate with their intended audience. I bring together my skills in journalism and content strategy to ensure your story gets heard — and makes the impact you want.
